Joe and Ann are so excited to be recently included as A/G Missionaries to "Special Touch Ministry". Special Touch is a ministry designed to bless people with disabilities and their families by providing "lots of opportunities for people with disabilities to experience God, to be included in the church, and to build meaningful relationships by becoming really good friends with caring believers like you and me."
"Special Touch" has a program called "Special Touch Get Away" in various States around the nation, which is a camp or retreat for people with disabilities. This past March and April, Joe and Ann had the opportunity to minister at and be ministered to during a camp in Waupaca, WI. It was there that the Lord showed them the possibilities of opening a "Special Touch Get Away" in Florida. After more time of prayer and more council from spiritual friends they decided to move ahead, become part of "Special Touch" and open a camp/retreat somewhere in Florida. They are now in the process of locating the appropriate site for the vision. Keep in touch!
